Experience Summit Lofts, an entire boutique hotel for your group's exclusive use. Nestled beneath the mountain in downtown Mt Shasta. Features 10 private suites (sleeps 24) with new, modern furnishings and a conference room space that seats 20. Our unique main street location allows you to walk to everything! Completely renovated in 2022 with a soaking tub, tile showers, fast & reliable fiber internet, 800 thread count Eqyptian Cotton sheets, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances.

With a modern a-frame inspired exterior entrance, your group will enjoy exclusive use from the main entry to the entire 2nd floor of this stunning building. One flight of stairs leads to a center hallway with separate entrances to 10 private suites (12 beds sleeps up to 24) each with its own smartlock access code and deadbolt for privacy. The suites range in size from 280 square feet to our premier suite (and ideal gathering space) at 1,100 square feet. Located in the very heart of downtown at a location couldn't get better. Originally constructed in 1923, this fully restored brick building maintained historic character with restored wood floors, several stunning original skylights that allow in the natural light from Mt Shasta'a big sky, and vintage doors. The majority of the suites boast mountain views as well as views of our quaint downtown. Each suite is uniquely furnished with a mountain modern aesthetic along with high end mattresses & luxurious 800 thread count Egyptian sheets. Newly installed fiber internet creates reliable WiFi signal throughout the property, allowing you the option to work or play.

The premier suite, Loft 210, has a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with everything you'd need for preparing meals along with its own full sized washer/dryer. Loft 206 has a full kitchenette as well as its own washer dryer. The remaining 8 lofts each have a microwave, mini-fridge and tea kettle.

Guests will access a small entry lobby, one flight of stairs and a common hallway. The main entry and entire second floor will be private and accessible to only the guests in your group (no sharing of space required).

Parking: When unloading/loading luggage, you're welcome to park directly in front of the building for up to 15 minutes. There are plenty of free on-street, overnight parking spaces within 1-2 blocks of the building. See rental agreement for map of all free overnight public parking spots shown in yellow. The best way to experience downtown Mt Shasta is on foot so hopefully you can park your car and leave it for much of your visit.

Cancellation: As a small independent hotel, we are not able to offer refunds or credits outside of the established cancellation policy you book under. Our property is located in an area that experiences winter weather and the potential of wildfires in the summer/fall. Refunds or credits will be extended if there is a state mandated road closure of I-5 near the property or if there is a state mandated evacuation order.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Seventy-five percent (75.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 21 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 21 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
