Stay at The Summit Lofts on the main corner of the heart of downtown Mount Shasta! Our unique location allows you to walk to nearly everything to experience the amazing restaurants, coffee shops and charm of this little mountain town. The building was professionally renovated with a modern deep bathtub, tile shower, fast & reliable fiber internet and luxurious bright white bed sheets. If you love clean air you'll appreciate the new HEPASilent air purifier in the room. This space includes a mini fridge, microwave, and tea kettle only. Should you need cooking capacity including plates & utensils, please book Suites 101, 102, 206 or 210.  All of our rooms are non-smoking and this room does not allow pets. If you are traveling with a pet, please reserve Room 102 (our only pet friendly room).

This boutique hotel room is located in the absolute best location in downtown Mt Shasta. The room has clean furnishings, luxurious bed sheets, a brand new bathroom, original hardwood flooring recently refinished, 50" smart tv, and super fast & reliable fiber internet.

Guests will access a small entry lobby, one flight of stairs and a common hallway. The entire hotel room and bathroom will be accessible to only the guest (no sharing of space required). Please note there is no elevator in the building so climbing one flight of stairs is required for this space. If you need a space with few or no stairs, there are 2 ground floor rooms in the hotel, Room 101 and Room 102.

Located at a lively intersection downtown (that turns very sleepy by 10 pm), literally nearly every one of Mt Shasta’s best spots are within walking distance! Feel free to make eye contact and say hello as you walk the sidewalks as this is a small, friendly town. Our outdoorsy neighbors across the street at The 5th Season will rent you any outdoor recreation equipment you might want for an unforgettable adventure. Snowshoes, skis, mountain bikes, etc..
As far as neighborhood eateries, we suggest you take a stroll to Drizzle for an afternoon burger or a 2 minute walk for an acai bowl from Alua’s Thrive Bar. Dinner at Pipeline shouldn’t be missed!

This is truly the PERFECT LOCATION for walking to restaurants. Bikes are also a fun way to get around and can be easily rented from our neighbor directly across the street, The Fifth Season.

Parking: The hotel's complimentary parking lot is available on a first-come, first-served basis and limited to one vehicle per guest room. There are 11 standard guest spaces and 1 ADA-accessible space for the 12 room hotel. No worries once the parking lot is full, we provide a map with directions to free overflow parking spaces. 

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 13 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 6 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 6 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
