Driving: Summit Lofts Boutique Hotel is very easily accessible from Interstate 5, located just 3 minutes from the I-5 exit. From Interstate 5 take exit 738 (West Lake St.). Continue west on Lake directly toward Mt. Shasta and the Building is located at the intersection of N. Mt. Shasta Blvd. and East Lake St.. There is a private parking lot reserved for hotel guests directly behind the hotel.

Flying: Redding, California (RDD) is the closest airport (1 hour drive). Cars can be rented at the Redding airport but be sure to reserve your car in advance and confirm the pickup time works with your flight arrival time. Medford, Oregon is the next closest airport.

Train: There is an Amtrak Station in the neighboring town of Dunsmuir. If using Amtrak, you would need to arrange a ride in advance from the Amtrak Station to our property with Mount Shasta Taxi service or a similar taxi service. Please note that Uber & Lyft are not dependable options in the Mt Shasta area.

Located in the very heart of downtown Mount Shasta, at the best intersection (that turns very sleepy by 10 pm), literally nearly every one of Mt Shasta’s best spots are within walking distance! Feel free to make eye contact and say hello as you walk the sidewalks as this is a small, friendly town. Our outdoorsy neighbors across the street at The Fifth Season will rent you any outdoor recreation equipment you might want for an unforgettable adventure: snowshoes, skis, mountain bikes, etc.  One of the best coffee shops in town, Theory Coffee Roasters, is located on the ground floor of our building...they have amazing lattes and breakfast items!
