Stay at The Summit Lofts on the main corner of the heart of downtown Mount Shasta! Our unique location allows you to walk to everything and experience the amazing restaurants, coffee shops and charm of this little mountain town. The building was constructed in 1923 and completely renovated in 2022 with a modern new bathtub, tile shower, fast & reliable fiber internet and 800 thread count Eqyptian Cotton sheets. This space includes a mini fridge, microwave, and tea kettle only. Located at a lively intersection downtown (that turns very sleepy by 10 pm), literally nearly every one of Mt Shasta’s best spots are within walking distance! Feel free to make eye contact and say hello as you walk the sidewalks as this is a small, friendly town. Our outdoorsy neighbors across the street at The 5th Season will rent you any outdoor recreation equipment you might want for an unforgettable adventure. Snowshoes, skis, mountain bikes, etc..
As far as neighborhood eateries, we suggest you take a stroll to Yak’s Shack for an afternoon burger or a 2 minute walk for an acai bowl from Alua’s Thrive Bar. Dinner at Pipeline shouldn’t be missed!

This is truly the PERFECT LOCATION for walking to restaurants. Bikes are also a fun way to get around and can be easily rented from our neighbor directly across the street, The Fifth Season. If you’re using a car, there's plenty of free on-street parking within 2 blocks to the east and south of the building.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Twenty-five percent (25.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 4 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 4 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
